From I-95 North: Take Wilson exit 121 and turn left onto U.S. 264 East Alt. and follow to the sixth stop light at Forest Hills Road and turn right. Continue on Forest Hills Road to the third stop light at Tarboro Street. Take a left. Continue on Tarboro Street and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right as you pass through the first stop light at Glendale Drive. 

From I-95 South: Take Wilson exit 121 and turn right onto U.S. 264 East Alt. and follow to the sixth stop light at Forest Hills Road and turn right. Continue on Forest Hills Road to the third stop light at Tarboro Street. Take a left. Continue on Tarboro Street and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right as you pass through the first stop light at Glendale Drive.

From U.S. 301 (Coming from Kenly/Smithfield): Turn left at the stoplight onto Forest Hills Road. Continue on Forest Hills Road to the second stoplight at Tarboro Street and turn right. Continue down Tarboro Street and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right as you pass through the first stoplight at Glendale Drive.

From U.S. 301 (Coming from Rocky Mount): Turn right onto Lipscomb Road at the intersection with McDonalds. Continue down Lipscomb Road through the 1st stoplight and merge into the right lane. Stay to the right at the top of the hill and merge onto Ward Boulevard at J.C. Harris Pontiac Cadillac. Continue down Ward Boulevard through seven stoplights. At the eighth stoplight turn right onto Tarboro Street. Continue down Tarboro Street through one stoplight and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the left after you pass Vinson-Bynum Elementary School.

From N.C. 58 (Coming from Snow Hill): Continue on N.C. 58, cross over U.S. 301, bear left at the stop light onto Hines Street, continue down Hines Street, at the fourth stoplight take a left onto Tarboro Street, continue down Tarboro Street, through fourth stop light, Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the left after you pass Vinson-Bynum Elementary School.

From N.C. 58 (Coming from Nashville): Follow N.C. 58 into Wilson and pass through three stoplights and at the fourth stoplight turn right onto Ward Boulevard. Continue down Ward Boulevard through four stoplights. At the fifth stoplight turn right onto Tarboro Street. Continue down Tarboro Street through two stoplights and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the left after you pass Vinson-Bynum Elementary School.

From U.S. 64 (Coming from Raleigh): From U.S. 64, take U.S. 264 East and travel the "outer loop" around Wilson. Take the Downing Street exit (Exit #42). Take a right off exit. Turn left at the first stoplight onto Forest Hills Road. At the next stoplight, turn right onto Tarboro Street. After you pass through the next stoplight at Glendale Drive, Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right. 

Alternate route From U.S. 264 (Coming from Greenville): Continue down U.S. 264 towards Raleigh. Take the Tarboro Street Exit (Exit #40) Turn left off exit and follow N.C. 42 into Wilson. N.C. 42 becomes Tarboro Street. Go straight through the stoplights at Forest Hills Road. After you pass through the next stoplight at Glendale Drive, Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right. 

From U.S. 264 Bypass (Coming from Raleigh): Take Exit 40 / Wilson-Clayton to N.C. 42. Turn left off exit towards Wilson. Follow N.C. 42 into Wilson and travel to the fourth stoplight which is Glendale Drive and Tarboro Street. Wilson Medical Center main entrance will be on the right approximately ¼ mile past the stop light.

From U.S. 117 (Coming from Goldsboro): Turn right at the stoplight at U.S. 301 N. Continue under U.S. 264 overpass. Turn left at stoplight at Forest Hills Road. Continue on Forest Hills Road to the second stoplight. Turn right onto Tarboro Street. After you pass through the next stoplight at Glendale Drive, Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right.

From N.C. 42 (Coming from Clayton): Follow N.C. 42 East into Wilson. N.C. 42 becomes Tarboro Street. Go straight through the stoplights at Forest Hills Road. After you pass through the next stoplight at Glendale Drive, Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the right.

From N.C. 42 (Coming from Tarboro): N.C. 42 West becomes Herring Avenue. Keep straight on Herring Avenue (will change to Goldsboro Street once you cross over RR tracks.) Take a right onto Nash Street. Follow Nash Street to the second stoplight and take a left onto Pine Street (Pine Street runs into Tarboro Street). Travel through six stoplights and Wilson Medical Center's main entrance will be on the left after you pass Vinson- Bynum Elementary School.
