Same Day Surgery

Many patients are having surgery today as outpatients. This method has been proven a safe alternative to hospitalization and results in cost savings and convenience to the patient.

Once your physician schedules your surgery you will get an appointment for pre-anesthesia testing. We offer these services Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. At this appointment, you will meet with a Registered Nurse who will obtain the necessary information required for your surgery and perform a basic exam, to include all labs and tests needed. The nurse will also answer all of your questions and address your special needs. Our goal is to enhance patient safety by obtaining all necessary information to make your surgical experience an excellent one. We assure you will have the support of a full-service hospital with individualized personal care.
