What was your inspiration for getting into healthcare?
I grew up watching my mother take care of my younger brother and I always wanted to be a nurse. That didn't work out, but thankfully, there are multiple healthcare positions that allow you to help others.

How long have you been employed?
I worked here previously but have been back full-time for 14 years.

Have you always been in the same position?
No. I worked in Emergency Department registration, as a Medicaid specialist, Organizational Development, as well as Human Resources before stepping into my current role.

What are some of your interests outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, watching movies, and cooking.

What do you like most about working at WMC?
The people I work with are like my extended family. We laugh and cry together. The resiliency of every person here is evident, and I have the opportunity to serve in the community I have always called home.
