Felisha has received outstanding feedback from patient surveys, highlighting her exceptional care. One patient shared: “She was very professional and very good at taking blood. I was very, very pleased. She was compassionate about how I was feeling. I told her I hadn't eaten anything, and she brought me a sandwich, crackers, and water. She was pleasant. I really liked how she presented herself."
